Terms of Service

The platform terms behind Revvye.

These terms describe how Revvye can be used, the boundaries around accounts and public-surface scans, the paid-product structure, the launch-phase refund posture, and the limits of liability that apply when you use the service.

Last reviewed: May 10, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, submitting a URL for a scan, purchasing a paid product, or otherwise using Revvye, you agree to these terms.

These terms are a binding agreement between you and [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME] (“Revvye,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Revvye on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. The service

What Revvye is, in plain language.

Revvye is a revenue-leak diagnostic that scans public-facing business websites and surfaces, scores the leaks it finds, and offers a ladder of paid products on top of those findings: the Revenue Report, the Fix Roadmap, the Expert Review, the Revenue Sprint, the Revvye Monitor subscription, and a service catalog of focused fix kits.

Free and paid outputs are informational. Each paid product page describes the deliverable; the deliverable is what we are committing to.

3. Accounts

Eligibility and account responsibilities.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Revvye. You may have one account per person or per business entity. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe in good faith have engaged in fraud, abuse, scraping, chargeback activity, or material policy violations.

4. Acceptable use

Use Revvye only for legitimate analysis of properties you have authorization to evaluate.

Do not submit URLs you do not own or have authorization to scan, or URLs whose owners have explicitly prohibited automated scanning.
Revvye respects robots.txt directives and scans only public pages. Do not attempt to bypass authentication or probe private systems through Revvye.
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Revvye platform itself.
Do not resell, white-label, or repackage Revvye scan outputs without our written permission.
Do not abuse free tools or attempt to evade rate limits.
Do not submit passwords, payment data, PHI, confidential client files, or other restricted records through scan or support inputs.
Do not use Revvye output to make medical, legal, financial, or otherwise regulated claims about a business beyond what the public surface itself supports.
Do not interfere with the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure.

5. Payments

How paid products are billed.

Paid products include one-time purchases (reports, roadmaps, expert reviews, sprints, fix kits) and subscriptions (Revvye Monitor). All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card data.

Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes are your responsibility unless Revvye is required to collect them in your jurisdiction. For subscriptions, we may change prices with 30 days’ notice, by email or in-app banner; the new price applies to the next billing cycle.

Failed charges may pause access to the paid product. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we may pause your account until the dispute is resolved.

6. Refund policy — launch phase (generous)

During our launch phase, we are deliberately generous with refunds. The exact posture is below.

During our launch phase, we will refund any one-time paid report or service within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked, if you are not satisfied with the work. Email support@revvye.com with your order number. We will refund the original payment method through Stripe.

Subscription products (Revvye Monitor) may be canceled at any time. We do not pro-rate refunds for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for the next period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access continues until then.

This launch-phase posture may tighten after our first year of operation as the product matures. We will give 30 days’ notice by email or banner before any change to the refund window or policy.

Stripe’s dispute-resolution process remains available as a fallback at any time. We would prefer to resolve refund requests directly first, because chargebacks are slower and more expensive for everyone.

7. Intellectual property

Who owns what.

Revvye retains ownership of its scan engine, its methodology, its scoring logic, the Revvye name and brand, the platform software, and the structure of the reports we produce. You may not copy, redistribute, or repackage these materials outside the license below.

You retain ownership of your website, your brand, and the data you submit. By submitting a URL or other information, you grant Revvye a non-exclusive license to use that input to run the scan, return the result to you, and operate the service.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve methodology, develop benchmarks, and improve the product. Aggregated data is stripped of identifiers and cannot be re-linked to you.

We will not publicly publish identifying details about a specific customer’s site (such as named case studies or before/after disclosures) without your explicit written consent.

When you purchase a paid report, you receive a license to use that report internally and with your team to act on the findings. Reselling, white-labeling, or republishing the report is not part of that license unless you have a separate written agreement with us.

8. AI and methodology disclaimer

Revvye uses both deterministic engine output and, in some products, LLM-generated prose. We disclose what we believe and what we do not promise.

The free scan and the deterministic portions of paid reports (rule-engine findings, structured-data checks, performance signals, robots.txt analysis) are produced by code we maintain. The narrative summaries inside some paid reports and the recommendation text in some Expert Review outputs may be generated or assisted by large language models, and we will label those sections.

We believe the outputs Revvye produces are reasonable given the public data available at the time of the scan. We cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that our measurements will match other tools.

Revvye does not guarantee revenue recovery, lead growth, ranking improvements, AI-answer-engine citation, or any specific business outcome. Recommendations are informational, not warranties of result. Implementation, the team that ships the changes, and measurement of any change all remain the operator’s responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

The cap that applies, and the carve-outs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revvye is provided on an as-is basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement related to the platform’s availability and the scan outputs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Revvye’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100. Revvye is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

The cap above does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

10. Indemnification

Mutual obligations when third-party claims arise.

You agree to defend and indemnify Revvye against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your submission of URLs you were not authorized to submit, or your violation of these terms.

Revvye agrees to defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that the Revvye software itself infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, except where the claim arises from your modifications, your combination of Revvye output with other materials, or your use of Revvye outside its intended scope.

11. Termination

Either side can end the relationship.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@revvye.com or by deleting it through the account page where available. Revvye may terminate or suspend your account for material violation of these terms or for activity that puts the platform or other users at risk.

On termination, your account data is retained according to the retention rules described in the privacy policy. We will delete data on request to the extent we are not legally required to retain it.

12. Governing law and disputes

The rules that apply when something goes wrong.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

Before either side files a formal claim, we agree to spend at least 30 days attempting to resolve the dispute informally. Send an informal-resolution notice to legal@revvye.com describing the issue and your proposed resolution. Most disputes are resolved this way.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Revvye agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide proceeding. We are not requiring mandatory arbitration at this stage; we prefer informal resolution and reserve the right to litigate in court if informal resolution fails.

13. Changes to these terms

How we communicate updates.

We may update these terms over time. For material changes (refund posture, liability, dispute resolution, payment terms), we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or site banner. The version on this page is the operative one from the “Last reviewed” date forward. Continued use of Revvye after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
