Sign in if you already have an account. Saved scans, paid unlocks, and order history live there. If you ran a scan without an account, the private result link from your email is the canonical access path.

If you are moving into a report, roadmap, expert review, or sprint, having these details ready makes the handoff much cleaner.

Your business name and the URL you scanned (or want to scan).
Your scan ID or private result link, if you already ran a scan.
The leak category the report is flagging that you want to act on (visibility, trust, booking, follow-up, conversion).
Whether you want findings only, prioritization, expert interpretation, or implementation help.

Revvye is small. Support is currently founder-adjacent, not a twenty-four-hour desk. We aim to respond on business days and prioritize requests that are tied to a real scan ID, an account, or a paid unlock. Generic “tell me about your product” requests are likely to be answered by pointing you at the methodology page and the scan flow.

If you have an urgent fulfillment issue (paid report not unlocking, account access broken, refund request), include the scan ID, the email used at checkout, and the approximate timestamp. That is the fastest path to a real human reply.
