Can we engage one service?

How are fees and outside costs handled?
We scope fees against the work, resources and timeline. Media spend, production, software, printing and other external costs are identified separately where relevant.
How do you measure success?
We agree project acceptance criteria and the business measures we can track before work starts. Commercial outcomes also depend on market demand, budget, operations and the quality of the offer.
Will we own and be able to operate the work?
Ownership, licensing, account access and handover are set out in the engagement agreement. We document the decisions and systems your team will need to keep working.
