How hotels book spa and wellness talent

A hotel wellness campaign is a talent brief plus a property plan. REVVYE reviews the role, dates and usage. The spa or hotel named in the brief stays independent; the page does not claim affiliation.

Editorial approach

Name the guest and the space

Say which guests the work is for and which rooms or treatment areas can actually be used. A city-hotel spa and a resort wellness pavilion ask for different people and different days. Listing a famous property does not make it a partner or a client.

Separate stay, assets and posts

Commissioned photography, an on-property appearance and a creator post are different deliverables. A complimentary stay or treatment for a US audience can be a material connection; consult the FTC’s disclosure guidance when that applies.

Keep engine work off the talent line

Hotel Ads, rate feeds and booking-path fixes are separate scopes. Google’s Hotel Ads documentation is a reference for connectivity, not a reason to hide a talent hire inside a metasearch sentence.

Write markets, travel and the clock

List where the assets will run, whether talent must travel, and the working time zone for approvals. REVVYE reviews hospitality briefs that name Asia, Europe and the United States when those markets are real to the job.

Review the job you bought

A delivered treatment-library is not a confirmed reservation. Report assets, disclosures and booking signals separately. This article does not invent occupancy, a roster or a hotel commission.

The working checklist

  • Guest audience and usable spaces.
  • Stay, assets and posts listed separately.
  • Usage, travel and time zone.
  • Disclosure considered for complimentary value.
  • Delivery kept distinct from booking measures.
